i think they wouldnt be gold metalists if thats what ur asking... theyre playin agaisnt international teams with their best players and not every player on the celtics would be able to face those guys.

Against the current USA team? They'd get murdered. Mainly because one of the main reasons the US has problems winning it all is because all of these other teams have been together forever. Boston would have the same exact problem, without stars like Kobe, Lebron, D-Wade, ect. Against other nations I'd say they wouldn't do too well either. They wouldn't medal.

lmfao were u high at the time u asked this question?ur comparin a boston celtics team that has pierce, 2 other all stars past their prime, and decent but not star players, 2 a USA team full of all stars like lebron, kobe, dwight and others. the celtics would lose every game by at least 30pts.

not 2 say the celts arent good b/c they did domininate the playoffs and the finals but they are nowhere near team USA.
