| Why do people keep saying that having faith is religious based?
Websters dictionary> Faith > 1. Belief without evidence. 2.Confidence; trust. 3. Belief in God, the Bible., etc.
Religion is faith based. See how many different meanings you can get just by reading different dictionaries.
So, that is just one more thing that is each persons choice as to which definition they use for their faith.
But I have to say, that none of the definitions ( dictionary.com or Websters) look like to me that they refer directly to science.
so, once again it is to each person interpretation of the meaning. |
