How can I let the world know about my newly developed website?

(Don't look now, but..."P.K" answer below me, cracks me up with its "maybe I can help this person AND get something for myself at the same time.." Sounds like he's tryin to sell ya' something...and I know his heart's in the right place...but...close...but no cigar...

(Why can't people just give completely with no "ulterior motive" behind it...? When I saw this question...I thought..."Now there's a question I can easily answer with the hopes I can possibly help someone with absolutely no ulterior motive from myself involved, other than trying to help someone who asked...cause I get a tingle when I do that...just kidding...I'm irreverent wise-oz, in case you haven't figured that out by now...so...he...)

...wants YOU to visit HIS website and possibly sell YOU something...see how everybody thinks now days...he saw your "opportunity" desire as an "opportunity" that HE might utilize as a profit-making venture...

(I just kidding, here...but...read between the lines, people...it's "Halloween" 24/7 out there in the business world...It's called "innocently..." )

Networking...

But back to your question...I heard and read that...

Actual newspaper short and cheap "Classified" ads put in "Large Circulation" city newspapers and magazines, are the way to go...

Scan any large newspaper "Classified Section," and you will see what I'm talking about...

Everybody places a $50 dollar ad at the most...and simply says..."You like so and so? Well...visit my website at...(website address) and you can purchase...blah blah blah..."

Works like a charm according to the "online business" folks I've talked to...

Ways of making money are: Charge an annual "membership fee," or agree to send out "mailed' material for a cheap fee, or set it up so that if they want to "view" something...they have to input their credit card information to access it...or...once you get enough "marketable numerous hits" on your website (have a "visitor counter" so you can keep track) you could convince advertisers to "sponsor" your website by paying YOU to keep it up...I'm not a "business savvy" kinda' guy, but...just thought I'd brainstorm with ya' for fun...hope this helped...and...also...

I'd thought I'd pass on these "money making" strategies I've thought of...to you... for free...

Now...maybe "I" could start something online, too...(sounds like a full-time job to me, though...and I've already got one of "those..." lol...

Good luck...may you succeed beyond your wildest financial dreams...

Sincerely...Damn Laid Back...
