| Why does everyone hate David Ortiz?
I'm not aware of a ground swell of Big Papi hate. Think of it, coming off a championship, David Ortiz is getting a much needed surgery immediately. He could have spent his off season partying, then wait until the eve of training camp to get his surgery.
Kinda like Shaq in 2002.
Instead of having a sense of entitlement, Ortiz is demonstrating leadership by taking care of himself now, in order to be ready for spring training. |
