| Question about being arrested -What will happen?
there is no justice in the U.S. anymore. Don't go it alone. Find others that were falsely arrested and work together. Don't cop a plea. If you do that then they will just keep doing it to other people. Make them give you a lawyer. Paying for one doesn't insure you better representation and you don't get your money back even if your acquitted. They have to give you a trial after a certain period of time or drop the charges, so stick it out. Make sure you are ready and don't trust your lawyer to present all the facts. Only you know what really went on. learn all you can about the local laws but especially your constitutional rights (U.S. and state) Good luck. |
