| Are bouts of anger normal? I've been getting them several times a day.? Being angry for good reasons, causes, is an okay thing. Those are causes such as rallying for another when they are oppressed, or when society has gone terribly wrong.
Being angry because you feel insulted or ignored, is not good. It harms you, most of all, and does nothing to the other person.
Why not go on the offensive and ask management what you can do to earn a raise (use your own words/tactic) or how can you improve in the future? Even if you feel you are doing all you can, at least you will have management's ear and realization that you want more.
Your life might be cluttered right now, or otherwise overwhelming. It's rarely just one thing, though work is a biggie. See what other changes for good you can make in your life, take in a movie or something you enjoy, reward yourself for hard work, even if no one else does.! |
