| Is USC the best team in College Footbal?
No, probably not. They blew out the Illini, but then again, it was the Illini. Georgia blew out Hawaii, and Hawaii is probably better than Illinois (but not much). USC is a great team, and I'm a hater after having to watch what they did to my Razorbacks, including being at the game in Fayetteville. However, losing to Stanford is one of those things that automatically precludes you from being "the best". A lot of people use the fact that Stanford beat USC (in LA) as proof that the PAC10 is a really strong conference, but you can't honestly believe that Stanford is a good team. USC is a great team, but they don't deserve a national championship. It'll be a shame if the AP voters give it to them. |
