| Did Fox News violate Equal Time laws by excluding Ron Paul and Duncan Hunter?
In 1970 Congress changed the equal time laws so that debates were considered "on the spot" news. Meaning they're unplanned and unscheduled. But, that clearly isn't the case any longer. Fox gave free air time to several candidates and purposely excluded two others. Is that a violation of the nature of the law?
