Is the Patriots potential 19-0 season a direct result of the "steroid era" of sports?

As far as playing untalented teams, the Pats beat the Cowboys on the road (best record in the NFC), the Giants (NFC Champions) on the road, the Colts (2nd best team in the AFC) on the road, blew out the Chargers (AFC Conference finalist) at home before beating them again in the playoffs, destroyed Pittsburgh (AFC North Champs), beat an 11-win Jacksonville team in the playoffs as well. They also beat the Redskins, another NFC playoff team.

The only untalented team they didn't play was Green Bay (lucky break for Favre).

As far as steroids, all we have to go by is "Who's failed a drug test?"... it would be hard to beleive that offensive AND defensive linemen wouldn't be doing that stuff if they thought they could get away with it, but if no one's has tested positive for steroids, that's all anyone can go by.

The Patriots are an EXTREMELY talented team, led by a guy who is BY FAR the best coach in the NFL.
