Iphone - Transferring files?

How do you transfer files from a windows PC to an apple Iphone. I have tried to copy and paste into the iphone folder but nothing happens. Anybody know what do or if there is anything i have to download?

Open iTunes when you connect your iCrap and it should detect it, then I think you can just sync like you do with an iPhone, make sure you've got disk use enabled if that's an option

email & syncing are the only Apple provided methods.

music has to be in itunes.

pdf, excel, doc and a few others have to be emailed.

if you jailbreak you have more options.

and there is no DISK MODE!
