Why are people so concerned with players ego's off the field? - u-Assist Forums

People are so worried about T.O, a-rod, schilling. Its not as big of a deal as people make it out to beand it makes me so mad. I am a Red Sox fan and i love watching T.O and A-rod. I hate how everyone makes a big deal about that stuff, its not like its losing the team games.

It's just the medias job to create stories, drama, and hype. Also, it attracts the casual sports fan that might be more into the personal lives of players, kind of like people who follow the lives of movie stars.
These people really don't care about the team winning or losing. I'm a big NBA fan, and like you, I'm all about the bottom line of winning games.
