Question about being arrested -What will happen?

What do youmean "proper way to treat people?" If you were violating a law, you get arrested. That's how it goes. There's no "proper way to treat" about it. And if there's a whole mob of you, yeah it's gonna take a bus to get you there and five hours to book you all! You'll probably just be fined, but it really depends on how sick the judge is of dealing with these cases by the time he/she gets to you and how polite you are to them while you're in court.

If you have nothing prior and a fair judge BEST CASE..nolle conteste and charges dropped...WORST CASE guilty and a minor misdemeanor on your record. MIRACLE Not Guilty...but you better have a good lawyer!!!

You will probably be given the opportunity to plead guilty to disturbing the peace. Usually comes with a $300 - $500 fine, plus court costs, and 12-18 months of probation.

Ok, really what were you doing? according to what you said they couldve arrested 10,000 people but they didn't they arrested you...

If you weren't really doing anything, get a lawyer and you will get off..

but in reality, which is where we are... you will probably get 6 months probation and a 200.00 fine..

you will probably get 20 years which is what you deserve because you know that you did something disruptive but you think we are as dumb as you are, so you are still denying it. You must have no idea how many cases they see and you must think this innocent act is a first. Its people like you who slow the justice system to a crawl.

there is no justice in the U.S. anymore. Don't go it alone. Find others that were falsely arrested and work together. Don't cop a plea. If you do that then they will just keep doing it to other people. Make them give you a lawyer. Paying for one doesn't insure you better representation and you don't get your money back even if your acquitted. They have to give you a trial after a certain period of time or drop the charges, so stick it out. Make sure you are ready and don't trust your lawyer to present all the facts. Only you know what really went on. learn all you can about the local laws but especially your constitutional rights (U.S. and state) Good luck.
