Question about being arrested -What will happen? - u-Assist Forums

I was in Boston after the Red Sox won the World Series and celebrating outside and the next thing I knew all these police running down the street grabing who ever they could handcuffing them and dragging me and a bunch of other people to be placed on buses and being arrested for disorderly conduct. Is this the proper way to treat people. It took like 5 hrs for me to get booked and than they took everyone in front of the judge in the afternoon and he continued the cases till December - Does anyone know what the sentence or fine will be.

Generally the fine will be less than $200. It's a misdemeanor so really won't do you any good to fight it.

Who knows. If I had been there, my pants would have been pissed and crapped SOOO much!

100 dollar fine plus court costs. should be about 180 dollars. Cheap if you consider the Sox won.

Dumb People Do Dumb things! If your partying was considered disorderly.......then you will end up paying a fine!

That is just wrong. I have never had that happen to me before. It is just going to be a small fine if anything.
