if the Red Sox don't pay him $20 mil (or in that range) he won't stay, but the Red Sox shouldn't pay that either.

Time to stand up to people whose only gifts is the ability to hit a baseball.

Dunno, but all I know is if he put up the same stats as he did this year he wouldn't be on my team (sorry guys)

I think he will end up through next year, but leaving after that. We wont know for sure until it happens because of that whole "Manny being Manny" thing. He did pretty well this year but kicked it up a bit after he stained his oblique. If he doesn't keep a good mentality the Sox still have strong players that can fill his shoes.

Of course he's leaving next year. He leaves all the time. Sometimes for a few minutes, sometimes for a few days. But he always comes back. I guess because he knows where the food is.
