Wireless keyboard and mouse
Just got myself one of those wireless keyboards and mouse. I never thought id like one but this thing rocks. no more cords to get tangled and works great.

I bought one a few months ago and love it. Only bad thing is if you use cheap batteries you can go through them pretty quick.
