Peyton Manning or Tom Brady or Brett Favre or Tony Romo in an average team?

This would definitely be between Manning and Brady. Both are young enough and talented enough to win 5 more Super Bowls and the only thing that can stop either one of them are each other.

You basically described the 2006 Chicago Bears in your example, and I think the Bears would have easily won Super Bowl 41 with either Manning or Brady.

Personally, Manning first, Brady second.
Farve is too old to build a franchise around now. Romo would be my 3rd choice because of his up-side.

I would say Peyton Manning because the only reason Brady has been good this year is he has Moss Stallworth Watson Welker Washington and Kyle brady. And Favre is close to retiring and and Romo is overrated.

Tom Brady... you dont even need an explanation

Leads the league in any possible QB stat imaginable (Besides picks).

1st in TDs - 30 (plus, the many only has 2 int's all season!!!)
In your set of QBs, (Manning, Brady, Favre, or Romo - Romo is 2nd in terms of TDs with only 16).

1st in Passing yards - 2,431
Almost 400 more than Brett Favre and a GB offense that RARELY runs the ball.

QB rating of 136.2, more than 30 points higher than that of Manning (number 2 in the league), which (if you know your football) is a huge difference in terms of QB rating.

Plus, look how many Super Bowls the young kid already has under his belt.... is he even human?

FOr sure: It is Tom Brady. End of story. No contest. Done.

Peyton most definitely. From watching him play, he's harder to bring down physically.

At first thought would be Favre, since he's been that very situation a few times and carried the team to the playoffs. But at his age you'd probably be better off with a guy for the future. I'd say Manning. He's the clear cut best field general and the total package. You can build a team around them like the Colts did. I'd take him every time.

I like the guy throwing stats that proves it's Brady. Did he read the whole question? Did he say he has the exact same team? Duh!

Brady for sure. He can make plays happen and he has never been injured. He can easily turn a somewhat average offense into a point-scoring machine.
