Peyton Manning or Tom Brady or Brett Favre or Tony Romo in an average team?

umm favre is on that type of team. good defense but average at best offense! but i agree i think that numbers all of those QBs would drop dramaticly if you put them on a team with less talent around them. so i would pick Favre because he has made a living off playing with average talent ( with the exception of Sharp) he has never had great WRs. look what happend to freeman when he left green bay.

Definitely Tom Brady is the most proven. I think I'd take Peyton Manning though.

Brady has done it over the years with average WRs. This year he has good receivers and look at his numbers. 30 TDs and only 2 INTs. Brady is amazing.

Nobody has mentioned the fact that Favre has never missed a game in his career. That shows his toughness. However, I don't think Manning has either, correct me if I'm wrong. I think it was when the Packers were playing the Eagles, Favre almost got sacked three different times and was able to complete a shovel pass during each one. So even with a mediocre offensive line, Favre can still make plays. I have to go with Favre, even right now.

Manning is a very close second, that guy can call plays at the line and change it to a play that will work against the defense and is one of the smartest QB's to ever play the game.

Brady, Didn't he already win a few Super Bowls on a team with average runningbacks and receivers?

Manning. He's the best QB in the league right now (barely) over Tom Brady.
If all the players were in their prime though, I'd have to have said Favre, cuz he's an incredible player and he's tough, never misses a game. Now he's to old though.
