Peyton Manning or Tom Brady or Brett Favre or Tony Romo in an average team?

Consider this situation... You own an NFL football team with great defense, but not so good offense. Your receivers and running backs are very average and your offensive line is not dependable all the time (i.e. 2-3 sacks per game).

Now you get a chance of a life time to steal either Manning or Brady or Favre or Romo away from Colts, Patriots, Packers, or Cowboys. Which QB will you steal and why do you believe this QB will at least bring your offensive team to a respectable place in NFL? You can consider a lot of things of course, not just this year's stat. Some examples will be intelligence, age, injuries, toughness, skills of making play out of the pocket, etc. Or, if you choose another QB, you certainly can do so as well. But regarless of whom you pick, please give your explanation. Any answer without an explanation will not be considered for best answer at all.
Some great answers so far... but no one likes any other QBs than these 4?

As much as Brett is my "boy", I'd have to go with Romo, as he is the younger version of Favre and can scramble out of the pocket.

I would go with Peyton Manning because he is the best all around QB. Brett Farve has been hit and miss through his career. Brady and Romo have been good because they have been surrounded by great players.

I'd take Tony Romo any day because this guy makes teammates better. Look what he has done to Patrick Crayton for instance.

Have you noticed how many people give my answer a thumbs down? Lol. Hit mw with! Let me see them! We'll see where your thumbs down are after Tony Romo leads the Cowboys to a Super Bowl victory this season.

I'd choose Peyton Manning.
Favre is close to retiring and and Romo is overrated. And, I'm sick of talking about Brady.

I would take Romo. He would be better able to shape the offense to his style, since it is still being defined. I think he is still in that process with Dallas. The others have established stars to work with.
