It will be like Barry Bond's record -- it will be legit as far as the record books go, but in the terms of actual football fans (not the sycophantic zombies we see around here, who couldn't name three Patriots players if you held a gun to their heads), it will always be a tainted season. It will probably keep Hoodie Bill from ever getting into the hall of fame, for instance. |
