I would like to watch TV on my laptop which has wifi and a TV tuner card.Have no broadband.?

if you have a TV tuner card then you need to connect that card to an aerial. unless you live very close to the transmitter it probably need to be a roof mounted aerial.. Ive found the small portable aerials are not very good for digital TV signals

Tv tuner cards are so old fashioned now their are loads of sites supplying tv channels now but the problem is you need broadband to recieve the highest quality.
