Was Windows XP SP3 released officially?

It was for download, it was ready to go to windows Update and they found a problem that would effect like 2% of the computers so they pulled it back (I'm not sure the exact number but it was pretty small).
I don't know if they have re-released it yet.

Microsoft pulled the release date back, because some conflict with the codes were found in the XP SP 3 release.

Awaiting a new release date.
