Can I do a fresh install of windows xp sp3?

I just downloaded latest wxp sp3 from softpedia. Anyone knows if i can do it new fresh install after formatting my whole hard drive? or I have to do something else?

Better you should install the xp from your local service engg rlease in Mar 2008

You will have to do all the updates after you do your drive, then you will be able to reinstall SP3.
