It's April 29th, 2008. Where can I download Microsoft XP SP3 from?

I can't find the legit download from anywhere. I keep hearing its out and it was coming out on the 29th... Where is the download located? Not the RC.. not a beta.. The FINAL.. Where is a download link because I cant find it anywhere microsoft related... I got 2 emails for SP3 reviews and etc.. but I cant seem to find the update anywhere
