i hv win xp sp3 and intel gmax3000 256mb of video memory and movie play in little blur image so wt to do using pentium d processor 3.4ghz

That's a motherboard card- it's built into the motherboard, so there's no AGP acceleration because it's not in the AGP slot.

You'll probably want to buy a new video card- that should fix your problem. You could also try reinstalling DirectX- download it directly from Microsoft's website.
