animals come to my house for no reason?

a cat from god knows where spends 90% of its time on the front porch. a scruffy looking dog comes wagging its tail every morning to our house (much to the disconcertation of the cat). and recently a wild bird has taken to creeping inside the house through a rip in the flyscreen. and don't let me get started on insects !
what the hell is going on? we're not even giving them food or anything, it's very bizarre. I keep looking for somebody who owns them, asking neighbours etc. but no one knows.

they probably like your house or someone in there is feeding them and u dont know it!!!!!!! if they r on the verge of death i suggest u call animal shelter

All animals have instincts that lead them to do the things they do. Have you just recently moved into this house. Maybe someone else used to feed them. But maybe it's just that these animals instinctively know that you are a nice family, and they feel safe there. Take it as a compliment.

Firstly, I don't believe in UFO's, the Loch Ness monster, Bigfoot or parapsychology. Please keep an open mind regarding this information.

There are places on the planet Earth that have stronger magnetic influences than others. Some of these areas tend to attract or repel wildlife without any apparent reason like a substantial food source. Insects are especially sensitive to electromagnetism and ultraviolet radiation from the sun. It may be that your house is located on a confluence of these two natural phenomenae.

Of course, this is just guessing. There might be a mineral in the soil at your home that's not readily available anywhere else in the immediate region.
