looking for a pet behaviorist?

I am looking for a pet behaviorist in South Dakota, does anyone know of someone around the Rapid City area? I don't need dog training, but someone, besides a vet, who knows about the different behaviors of animals such as dogs, birds, and cats. Or can someone please send me to a very good website where I can look up the information to my hearts content? How about a book that would have everything I would ever need to know about pets behavior?

Most animal behaviorists specialize in one particular species. To my knowledge, there is no one book that discusses all animals. You'll have to isolate specific questions and do your research individually, species by species.
