Static vs Dynamic site

We use a static site for a simple website which does not require regular updating. On the otherhand, we use a dynamic site if our site is interactive or database driven. Static site is search engine friendly but not for a dynamic site. How do you address SEO for a dynamic site?

You can use one feature of Apache if this is your web server. Use its MOD REWRITE directive. Check the manual of Apache.
