Suggestions - a gift for my 21st from my boyfriend?

My boyfriend admits he has no idea what I want, and that I have to tell him what to get me for my 21st ... He wanted to take me (from Australia) to Spain or some other part of Europe for a 2 week holiday, but neither us have time for that as I'm a busy student and he's a contract worker. I don't want anything technological (ie iPod, phone), as I already have everything I need in that area. We've talked about jewellery and champagne diamond rings, but I'm having trouble settling on the perfect (romantic/sentimental) gift from him for my 21st. Any suggestions?

If you can't spare 2 weeks for vacation then how about a weekend getaway or a weekend in a fancy hotel where you guys have sweet room service and be waited on hand and foot. Hope that helps.
