Does anyone watch this show?
It is a lot better than expected. Very campy and over the top, but very amusing.

It is a pretty funny show, actually the last few seconds of this past episode (1/18/2007) was really good, my wife and I were in shock and had to rewind (yeah TiVo) to watch it again. It is an amazing show, I guess that's why it took so many golden globes. Speaking of golden globes, how about that Salma Hayek,

I've been watching on Channel 4 and i've been loving it. Its such a funny show, although I presume they got the idea from a devil wears prada?

actually, Ugly Betty is a show based on a Spanish telenovela.
there are many versions of it, including "La fella mas bella" and "Betty la fea"...

Yeah, I've watched Betty la fea before and it WAS funny. But I think it doesn't just entertain people. It also promotes the idea of appreciating those who are not that physically appealing.

I saw Betty la fea's ending and she still wasn't that beautiful even if she already underwent a makeover.
