With Slingbox, can I change channel (premium channel) using my computer?

We have premium comcast cable but the kids are watching the TV most of the time.

Let's say if the kids are watching a show, will I be able to watch a premium channel (like channel 401) using my computer?

You will not be able to watch two different channels off of your cable box via the Slingbox. What you will see on your computer will be exactly what your kids see on the TV screen. You will be able to change the channel via your computer, but the channel on the TV screen will change as well.
