What is John McCains plan for addressing Global Warming?

McCain seems to be leading the polls in NH. I did consider him in 2000. I doubt I'll vote for him since he says he will leave our troops in the failed quagmire of Iraq, but I was wondering what his plans were for combatting climate change?

McCain is very liberal and believes the government trumps individuals. He will mandate changes, and we will probably see increased fees, or even adopt some kind of international global warming tax.

Since more and more scientists are coming out of the woodwork to say the climate change scare tactic is a hoax, McCain will probably do nothing.
