NO its not stupid people and I know he can't pass the bill sorry for the poor wording he is pushing it thorugh and after his short reign one should know he will get what he wants regardless. He should be impeached instead of defended! And just wait he is also pushing for another bill that allows the goverment control and possession of your home, car, bikes, boats or whatever if they so deciede you shouldn't have it they will show up and wham it is gone!

The writing and passing of bills is the job of Congress. All Obama can do is sign or veto a bill, period.
