Wii Jacket Question?

I entered my Wii serial number on the nintendo website and it says that i have already exceeded the amount of wii jackets per wii serial number. What does this mean? And I have not ordered any at all!! Someone please help me!! Thanks

Nintendo is getting slammed w/orders, it's a problem they're aware of. They are asking people to give it a couple days & try again. If you are still having problems call:

Note: I know 2 people who called the number & they took the order right on the phone w/out even asking their serial number.

Yes I can confirm the answer above. I just called them and they didn't even ask for my serial number. Call. Not too long of a wait.
